Double room close to train station (5 mins walk)

Hey.

I have a good sized double room available. Furniture is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

There is a shared kitchen, living room and dining area.

I'd like to say I'm pretty easy to get along with, like to keep active with hobbies (especially kayaking with the summer coming up!) and being sociable. I'm pretty tidy and like to live with someone who can feel at home.

My previous lodger just left after 15 months as he's purchased his own place. He gave glowing reviews of his time here 😁
