The house is exceptionally fitted out to a high standard for all our professional tenants to make everyone feel at home

All bills are included in the rent and All deposits are protected.

The property is fully furnished with good quality furniture and has a fantastic communal lounge which has leather sofas and a 40" TV for use by the tenants.

There is a shared kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and all the pots, pans, cutlery etc that you need. Allocated fridge, freezer space and storage space in the kitchen for all your food. There is a washing machine and dryer (small extra charge via coin meter).

The light airy bedroom come with a TV socket, double bed with good quality mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, full length mirror, wardrobe, desk / chair and plenty of extra under-bed storage. There is free 500Mb fibre wifi throughout the house.

The common areas of the house and your bathroom are cleaned weekly and there is a gardener who maintains the garden. It is only 15 mins walk to the town centre and 5 mins by car to Luton Airport and Capability Green. Car parking is free and unrestricted with a number of off-road spaces.

It is a completely non-smoking house but there is a private communal garden for those who indulge.

This is a fantastic fully licensed quality room which needs to be viewed to be appreciated.
