Single bedroom available from 2nd October!
The room is cozy and the house is tidy. I am looking for someone who is like minded and can take care of the room and house as if it’s their own. I require someone clean and tidy. I have 2 daughters ( 3 & 1) and live with my husband. Looking for someone who can be sensible throughout their stay. Strictly Females only please!

You have local shops and amenities just 5 minute walk away if that. Easy access to Lee grave station, 15 minute walk away. Bus stop also few minutes away so eve thing is walking distance and convenient.

For students, University is only a 10 minute drive away and only 30 mins via train.
Luton hospital is also only a 6 minute drive, 20 min walk.
