We are a family of 3 myself, my wife and kid 7 years of age. We would like to rent our spare rooms in LU4 area. There are 2 rooms available. One is single and the other one is double. Single room is for £500 and double room is for £850. Both the rooms will come furnished. Bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, built in cupboards for storage, desk and chair for study or office work. Both the rooms are on first floor with bathroom available on the same floor. All BILLS included.
