We are a family of 3 myself, my wife and kid 9 years of age. Our Puppy BRONZO is our 4th family member. We would like to rent our spare rooms in LU4 area. There are 2 rooms available. One is single and the other one is double. Single room is for £500 and double room is for £850. Both the rooms will come furnished. Bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, built in cupboards for storage, desk and chair for study or office work. Both the rooms are on first floor with bathroom available on the same floor. All BILLS included.

Special EXTRA Features: Water Softener installed at the property which is good for hair and body. Drinking water filter installed for clean and pure drinking water. Off street parking available. Nice rear Garden with Deck to relax. Security grills installed throughout the property for safety and security. ULTRAFAST BROADBAND 800MBPS. Washing machine and Kitchen available for use.
