Hey! I have one double bedroom available for rent - situated 15 mins walk from L&D hospital.
It will come furnished with a double bed (brand new), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet/s. The house was completely renovated 3 years ago and so all items across the house are new/in great condition and the furniture in the bedroom is brand new also. A weekly cleaner is also included.
The bedroom is situated on the upper floor.
The bathroom is a shower only (owing to size). Both kitchen and bathroom would be shared amongst tenants.
I have two existing tenants who are great and so if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, household - this one’s for you!
Ideal tenants would be nurses, or working professionals at the nearby school.
NOTE: I do not accept couples or two people sharing one room.
