• Preference for single adult Muslim females at £500 pcm
• Couples may be considered at £700 pcm
• Applicants should be comfortable with the household's religious & cultural environment
• Quiet, clean & respectful home environment

Ideal Applicants:
• Preference for Muslim female professionals & students
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate rent affordability
• References and proof of income, employment and/or study status may be requested

Rent Includes:
• Utility bills (fair usage)
• Council Tax
• High-speed fibre broadband
• Rent is a fixed inclusive amount; no reductions are available for Council Tax exemptions or discounts

Upfront Costs:
• Single (£500 pcm): £1,000 upfront (1 month's rent + 1 month's deposit)
• Couple (£700 pcm): £1,400 upfront (1 month's rent + 1 month's deposit)

Lodger Agreement Terms:
• Initial 3-month fixed-term lodger agreement
• No early termination during the initial 3-month term unless agreed by both parties
• Following the initial term, the agreement may continue on a rolling monthly basis by mutual agreement
• 1 month's written notice required by either party thereafter
• Rent payable monthly in advance

House Rules:
To maintain harmony within the household, preference will be given to applicants who are comfortable with the existing religious & cultural environment.
• No alcohol permitted in the property
• Only halal meat permitted

• Adult-only accommodation for lodgers
• Not suitable for applicants who wish to reside with children
