I live in the main property which is a family home, in Luton’s most prestigious area (near sixth form college) The main property has 5 family occupants (one family) we are a mix of retired and professionals.

The room is only suitable for a single female occupant, no smoking within the property but smokers are welcome. No pers allowed.

All bills and council tax is included, broadband is also included.

The terms of tenancy are that of a lodger with live in landlord, with a one month notice to vacate from each party.

£650 all inclusive of bills and council tax, negotiable for the right tenant.
