Llive in landlord- this is a room lodging not a tenancy , although for the right person it could be long term. ed temporary accommodation (less than 3 months)  

Off rd parking possible. Parking in the garage is not possible (storage space in the garage on a case by case)

No couples - having friends to stay over is fine -advanced warning appreciated - ( in the past even accepted the occasional weekend child sleeping over)

Rent negotiable in lieu of household help (e. g. mowing lawn/chopping wood /washing windows)

 2 cats already so cannot accept anyone with additional pets.
