• Shared kitchen and dining area

BUILDING FACILITIES

• Cinema room and games room
• Additional communal lounges and kitchen facilities downstairs
• Free bicycle parking
• 24-hour security and concierge, plus CCTV
Heating, electricity, water and internet are included in the rent.
Pay-and-display car parking is available beside the building, with student semester passes available to purchase separately. Car parking is not included in the rent.
Students from any university welcome, subject to approval by the accommodation team. The contract takeover will be arranged directly through Fitzroy Court/Campus Living Villages.
