3 bed house with garden to share

Im looking for someone tidy and not too crazy to share my house with, it has nice size garden and hot tub lol. The room is a Double and will be unfurnished plus theres a spare room for storage etc. Bathroom has shower, bath an normal bits. Kitchen has washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher plus all normal things you'd expect. Living room has sofas, fish tank, dining table an chairs. 42" 3DTV, the full sky package, 50mb broadband.
