On viewing the house, a mask will be worn by the owner and on leaving you will be offered hand sanitiser. All reasonable measures will be taken to ensure your safety whilst viewing and living in this home.

Amenities
A twenty minute walk will get you to the town centre where you'll have access to bus, train and coach links, or the local bus stop is a stones- throw away which can take you into town. You are also a twenty minute walk from either sixth form colleges and With two local shops across the road you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips. The airport is a fifteen minute drive away and whilst in the garden, you’ll never know you were so close to air travel.

You will have access to two rooms!
Your bedroom is a large double room with a double bed, chest of drawers, two wardrobes with an additional area for hanging clothes should you want more wardrobe space, and rents for £450 per month.
There is a table in the room and as the rooms are located at the rear of the house they are very quiet should you need to sleep during the day.
Included in the price is access to a small communal room which will house your fridge and cupboard space, to store away your own groceries.. This will also limit contact, thus reducing the spread of Covid 19.

The bathroom has been newly fitted and although not en-suite, you will have full use of it. Wi Fi is available and you'll have full access to the garden.
