Our lovely room's are fully furnished with wardrobe, huge chest of drawers and an orthopaedic double bed and bedside drawers. Larger room has desk and chair.

All rooms have private locked door, lots of light and are bright and spacious. All of our rooms have hardwired connection to connect to broadband. TV aerial port in all rooms with available Freeview channels. USB ports in all bedrooms.

Our en suite's are light and airy with floor to ceiling tiles, shower, mirrored cabinet and high-speed extractor fan..

This house has a large modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with wall mounted tv with lots of storage space, large refrigerators, washing machine and tumble dryer (Coin operated)

The comfortable lounge room also has 42 inch HD 3D
TV and a large sofa. Tv in kitchen area too with dining table and chairs.

Large patio and garden at the rear with a gardener attending regularly.

We provide a weekly cleaner for all shared areas and regular maintenance to ensure your home is always looked after.

The rents are £715 per month for room 2 and £760 per month for room 3 - we pay all bills, including council tax.
