Room 2: Currently furnished with a single bed, although this can be upgraded to a small double if preferred.

The accommodation is particularly suited to contractors, project workers, NHS staff, professionals on temporary assignments, and those relocating to the area. While initially offered as Monday-to-Friday accommodation, full-time seven-day occupation can also be considered.

The setup would work particularly well for a small team or group of colleagues working in the area, and room sharing may be considered by agreement for the right arrangement.

Excellent location for access to Biggleswade, Sandy, Bedford, Royston, Cambridge, the A1 corridor and surrounding business parks and industrial sites.
