Large Top Floor Flat - Close to RSPB and Kiers

I own and live in a top floor flat in Potton close to the Market Square and shops. I have two rooms spare.

The smaller room is currently available - see the pictures.

A Mon to Fri day lodger is fine but the rooms rooms are available 7 days a week.

The price listed is a guideline based on £10 a night and a portion of the bills based on approx. £100 /month. If you stay long term then the cost will increase by approx. £10 more a week to cover the increase/share in council tax. Current Band is B which equates to £1666 a year.

The lounge/dinner/kitchen is large and open plan so you would have to be social.

All the rooms have a smart TV DVD player, PC, internet via cable and WiFi. You can also connect a YouView box if you like to record your favourites and play them later.

The flats have a shared garden.

There is plenty of parking available on and off the road nearby

I rented the rooms before and I am still in touch with a couple of the lodgers who I am sure would be happy to confirm I am easy to get on with and laid back.

NO SMOKERS PLEASE. If you smoke or start smoking, even outside or at work then you are not welcome, sorry but I can't stand the smell and will not inflict the residual effect on guests. If you lie about smoking and are then found to be a smoker you will be asked to leave immediately, no notice, no ifs or buts, no apologies.
