Hello, my name is james . I have recently moved to shefford and have a house with 3 rooms. I am looking for a lodger to occupy 1 of the rooms and have a lodger already using the other to help pay the bills. My current lodger is an easy to get on with gentleman and between the two of us we keep the place clean and have a friendly environment. The house has been newly renovated and It is in very good and clean condition. The rooms come with 1/3 share of the garage for storage and I often only stay at the house a few days a week. The beds have new sheets and Duvet .
