About the Home
The house is shared with just the live-in landlady, who occupies the upstairs area. I take pride in keeping my home very clean, tidy and well maintained, and intend to keep the household small, with no plans for any additional occupants.
The room would ideally suit a working professional who spends most of their time out at work and is looking for a comfortable, peaceful base to return to. My previous lodger worked long hours away from home, and this arrangement worked really well.

No visitors or overnight guests.
Not suitable for anyone who works from home.

Full-time (seven days a week): £750 per month
