Double room in nice quiet area of North Ascot

Hi,

I am professional person working for a multi-national company. Most of the time I work from home but sometimes have to travel as well.

I am also looking for professional person to let a spare double bedroom in my house. The room has never been let before. It is a nice and quiet neighbourhood.

The room is garden facing and has built-in wardrobes with newly built en-suite bathroom. Kitchen and living room will be shared. There is a separate cloackroom downstairs. There is nice garden in the back and lawn in front. Plenty of parking space.

I smoke and don't mind a smoker, but not in the house.
