Lovely double room in peaceful South Ascot home – professional female preferred

A comfortable double room is available in my three-bedroom home in South Ascot, ideally suited to a professional woman looking for a calm, well-kept home rather than a busy house share.

The house is in a great location, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Ascot station and around 5 minutes from Ascot High Street.

The room can be offered furnished or unfurnished, depending on what suits you best, and additional storage space is available if needed.

You’ll have use of the shared kitchen, bathroom, living space and garden.

I run my own business and work from a separate home office during the day, so the house is generally quiet and settled. I’m looking for someone considerate, tidy and independent who would enjoy the same.

A Monday-to-Friday professional would be particularly welcome, although I’m also open to the right full-time lodger.

£900 per calendar month, including household bills.

Female professional preferred. Non-smoker. References required.
