The house is shared with a live-in landlord and other lodger. It is a calm and respectful household, and I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy-going.

- Is responsible with rent and household responsibilities
Visitors are fine as long as they are reasonable and considerate of the household. Overnight guests are allowed occasionally, but the room is for the lodger and should not become an additional person's residence.
