Large Double Room in Private Home

Looking to rent out our spare room again.
Sky TV and Broadband included.

Room has a double bed, with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
Also additional side unit for storage. 

We provide a towel and some bedding and blanket :)

We have 2 friendly if mischievous dogs who have their own space downstairs for when we are out but do join us on the sofa in the evenings. It would be amazing if you were a doggy person too!  There is also an additional shower/toilet downstairs.
Happy to negotiate on rent if your up for walking the girls and helping out.

My mother lives in the annexe next door and we share the garden space with her and the cats/guinea pigs so an animal lover is a must!

We are starting to grow our own veg and improving the patio area so the layz spa can be enjoyed this summer

We are an introverted couple and when not working on the classic cars or working out we tend to be chilled in the front room.
I am a tattoo artist/project manager, and my partner is a tree surgeon/PT.

Ink projects and work outs on deals ;)

We would prefer someone who is working/studying full time and not a 'partier' as we don't drink ourselves. although do have a good BBQ or 2 in the summer :-)

The local area is quiet, a park opposite and a short walk to a corner shop.
Tesco round the corner and town a 20odd min walk

We'd be open to having someone who has contact with their child if needed for odd weekends etc so please reach out.

It's important for us to get on with our new lodger so ask anything you'd like to know :)
