I am a 27 year old female professional who is currently living in the property and looking for a housemate to move in. It is a modern, spacious ground floor 2 bedroom flat, owned by a friendly landlord. The area is 5 mins drive from Martins Heron station and 7 mins from Bracknell station. It’s conveniently located with a 20 second walk to Tesco Express and 2 minute drive to a larger supermarket. It is a beautiful area surrounded by lots of greenery and has resident and visitor parking. I have a 2 year old cat named Oscar who is very gentle and shy, and would not get in your way. I am friendly and very respectful of space/ quiet time. I keep communal areas very tidy and overall a respectful housemate.
