Comfortable furnished double room available in my home in a quiet location beside Savernake Lake, Bracknell.

The house is in a lovely peaceful setting, with Savernake Lake and surrounding woodland right on the doorstep, while still being very convenient for transport and local amenities.

Martins Heron station is around a 10-minute walk away, with a large Tesco Superstore right next to the station. Ascot is also close by, with good access to the M3/M4.

I work away myself quite regularly, so the house is often particularly quiet and peaceful. I’m looking for someone who would appreciate that and wants a comfortable home rather than a busy house share.

The room is a furnished double, with shared use of the modern kitchen, bathroom and comfortable lounge. There is also parking, fast Wi-Fi and modern heat-pump heating.

£895 per calendar month.

Household bills, Council Tax, Wi-Fi and parking are included. TV Licence not included.

I’m ideally looking for a clean, considerate and respectful professional who will treat the house as their own and help keep it a pleasant and peaceful place to live.

A Monday-to-Friday arrangement would also be considered for the right person.

Minimum stay: 3 months, although ideally I’m looking for someone who would like to stay longer term. References required.
