All housemates will be carefully vetted to ensure a harmonious houseshare of like-minded young professionals aged between 22 and mid-to-late 30’s. We are looking for housemates who desire a sense of community fun, time to be on their own, and a quiet room for working from home.

Current housemates include a female mid-20’s associate accountant, a female mid-30s retail assistant, a male late 20’s catering manager, a male mid-20’s in finance, a female late 20’s research associate, a mid-20s female in catering.

💰 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 & 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆
Rent includes all the bills: council tax (Band C), utilities, TV licence, unlimited high-speed broadband, and a weekly professional cleaner.

We only ask for a small deposit and a minimum holding fee, which is part of your deposit.

The initial tenancy will be for 6 months and this can be extended on a monthly basis through mutual agreement. Shorter 3-month tenancies may be considered but will incur a surcharge.
