There are two bathrooms: a large family bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor, both powered by a recently serviced combi-boiler. Gas central heating keeps the house very warm throughout the year.
The communal areas include a large, well-equipped kitchen with 2 big fridge freezers, one additional small fridge, a washing/dryer machine, and stove-top oven. The living-dining room comes with a table and big sofa for relaxing. The garden is a great size, quiet and private, enclosed on all sides, and comes with garden furniture.
