Double bedroom available in beautiful 2 bedroom house with garden literally 10 minute walk to Reading station and town centre in a lovely area with the river near by and also about 10 minute walk into Caversham town centre. There is on street parking outside. It’s a nice quite road.

There’s 2 living rooms (think ones meant to be a dining room but not sure which) both set up with own sound systems and 50 inch smart TVs with Amazon, Disney and Netflix and super fast broadband. Of course treat the whole house as your own.

House has a large garden with patio area and plenty of space including cupboards and loft.

The Bedroom is available furnished or unfurnished, I put a bed in it and some wardrobes but can just shove it up in the loft if you have your own stuff, Also I could add more furniture.

One other housemate - current tenant- 29 year old male. Super fun, quite hilarious and don’t take life to seriously.

I work full time as and some weekends and sometimes work away and I love my job. I am pretty easy going and don’t have too many rules but would obviously like someone I can trust. If we don’t want to talk to each other we can just sit in separate parts of the house. The house is kept clean and tidy and would be kept that way. My friends and family are London based so I go up town a reasonable amount.

Looking for someone who would like to call the house a home. I do enjoy a drink every so often and also movie nights and going out in general. Again we don’t have to do that together, I do have my own friends. I would like to get on with whoever moves in.

Place is available straight away. I’m working 5 days a week currently so may not be able to do viewings in normal hours before then.

Also I have a 3 year ago old cat. She’s chill af though and just eats, sleeps and judges me. She loves strokes and snacks.

The rent includes all bills.

Viewings highly recommended (can do initially over WhatsApp of Facebook video though if you like).

Room available from mid March and I am willing to consider short let’s.
