- Room is on top floor of three storeys.

- Upstairs bathroom shared with 2/3 other tenants.
- Study/storage shared with 1/3 other tenants, including wardrobe (included with house originally) and desk.

About the house:
- End of terrace house
- 3x storeys: first level has shared kitchen and living rooms, downstairs toilet and access to garden; second level has 2x bedrooms and top level has 2x bedrooms, study and bathroom.
- Free, unlimited parking outside
- 5-10 minute drive to Reading train station or 25 minute walk.

About the housemates:
- 24 year old male paramedic - interested in travelling and gaming
- 21 year old male electrical engineer apprentice - interested in VR and golf
- 27 year old male PhD student - interested in outdoors and environmental issues

About the estimated costs:
- £499 rent per month
All bills are split equally 4 ways. Just to give a picture, my bills from last month were: £132.75
- (£65.25 council tax; £13 water; £10.50 wifi; £44 power/gas). Please note we are in council tax band D.

My housemates are all lovely, considerate guys who clean up after themselves and socialise in the common areas, particularly around mealtimes.

I am moved out and am now travelling so will be coordinating visits with my housemates from abroad. The room is free once the landlord checks are complete etc.
