ROOM 4 - Double room available 4th August 2026 for £725pcm including ALL bills. Fully furnished with double ottoman bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe & desk. The bathroom is shared with only one other housemate and is cleaned weekly by our cleaners.

ROOM 2 - Your double ensuite room with door leading to the garden is available from 19th August 2026 for £750pcm including ALL bills. Fully furnished with double ottoman bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.

Eligible applicants can use Reposit instead of a traditional deposit. You pay a non-refundable fee of one week's rent (minimum £150) before move-in. If your tenancy continues beyond 12 months, a £30 annual renewal fee applies. Reposit is FCA-regulated. You remain fully liable for any valid end-of-tenancy charges, including unpaid rent and property damage.
