Cheerful double room three to four days per week

This gorgeous room was designed for my grandchildren, who still visit about once in two months, but not on your days! It seems such a shame to leave it empty most of the time, so if you live elsewhere and need accommodation approximately three to four days per week, this may be ideal for you.

The room has a 4ft brand new double bed, very cosy armchair, storage space, small desk and really good lighting. I can add a TV if you want it.

This is a beautiful house (Council tax band G) a great place to be, and you will have use of kitchen, family room, snug, garden etc.

The house is occupied by the owner and one other 3-day per week lodger. You will share a lovely family bathroom with one other person.

There is a beautiful garden, with shrubs, flowers, fishpond, outdoor tables and seating, There are also lovely walks round here, with the Thames Path (great for running) right by. There is also plenty of parking here, in the driveway and immediately adjacent.

We are a short walk from Cookham railway station, a short drive from Maidenhead Station, and close to both the M4 and M40. Also only 10 -15 minutes by car from the Elizabeth Line at Maidenhead or Taplow, should you need to head across London by train.

Various items are provided so you don't have too much to carry back and forth. These include towels, bedding, shampoo and shower gel, kitchen basics, etc. Please message me with some information about yourself and I will respond quickly.
