There is a TV aerial point in the room and a TV can be provided if required.

There is a shared lounge, however the lodger will generally have sole use of the lounge in the evenings after 7:30pm.

Shared kitchen, utility room and garden. There is a separate fridge/freezer in the kitchen just for the lodger.

We are a family with 2 children.

Driveway parking available for 1 car.

Crowthorne town centre is a 10-minute walk away.

Room is available for Non smokers / non vapers only.
