This self contained, immaculate studio is available as a FIVE DAY A WEEK LET or for SHORT TERM accommodation but NOT as a permanent home as there are no laundry facilities.
Viewings will be available from July 15th and tenancy can commence from August 24 th.

IT IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR ONE PERSON ( there is only one fixed single bed)

The studio consists of a sleeping / living area ,a bathroom with shower ,basin and toilet and an enclosed kitchenette comprising fridge, sink, electric built in double hob and kitchen utensils.

It is completely separate from the detached main Victorian cottage and has its own gateway and front door and is tucked away in a lovely area midway between Slough and Datchet with easy access to M4 and 15 minutes to Heathrow. Slough Station is a 5 minutes drive away and has express trains to Paddington which take 18 minutes.
Parking is on the cul de sac road outside the property and there is fast broadband. Background central heating is included so the only extra is electricity.
