This self contained, immaculate studio is available as accommodation for a single person who is working in the area but who returns home on days off but NOT as their long term place of residence as there are no laundry facilities.
Viewings will commence from Tuesday Jan. 28th after present tenant leaves.

IT IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR ONE PERSON ( there is only one fixed single bed)

The studio consists of a sleeping / furnished living area with small television and high speed internet, ,a bathroom with shower ,basin and toilet and an enclosed kitchenette comprising fridge, sink, electric built in double hob and kitchen utensils.

It is completely separate from the detached ,main ,Victorian villa and has its own gateway and front door and is tucked away in a lovely area midway between Slough, Eton and Datchet with easy access to M4 and 15 minutes to Heathrow. Slough Station is a 5 minute drive away and has express trains to London Paddington which take 18 minutes. Trains from Datchet take 40 minutes into London Waterloo.

A car would be necessary .


Parking is on the cul de sac road outside the property and there is fast broadband. Background central heating is included so the only extra is electricity.
