It is NOT available as a long term, only place of residence.

a cooking area built into a “cupboard kitchenette” comprising fridge, sink, a double electric hob and a range of kitchen utensils.

The studio is a self contained extension to a detached Victorian villa which is tucked away in a leafy cul de sac.
With its own gateway , path and front door, the studio is entirely private and self contained.
It is situated between Slough, Eton and Datchet with easy access to M4 and a 15 minute drive to Heathrow. Slough Station is a 5 minute drive away and has express trains to London Paddington which take 18 minutes. Trains from Datchet Station take 40 minutes into London Waterloo.
A car is essential as public transport is not regular.


Parking is on the cul de sac road outside the property .
There is a small colour television, and fast broadband. Background central heating is included so the only extra is electricity, the studio having its own electricity meter reading unit.
