This delightfully spacious combined bedroom and sitting room on the ground floor of our home is available Mon-Fri, offered with small double bed, sofa, desk/chair, storage, wet-room and use of kitchen facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. Also off-road parking and private use of outdoor patio space.

All bills included (utilities, council tax, broadband, weekly clean).

Short lets considered. £160 per week.

Reading train station and Reading town centre (3 minute walk to bus stop and 10 minutes bus journey, or 12 min cycle)
Sonning Common: 10 minute drive (20 min cycle)
Henley: 20 minute drive (35 min cycle)
Thames Valley Park: 20 minute drive (25 min cycle)
Green Park: 20 minute drive (30 min cycle)

We work mainly from home and have two friendly cats.
