Newly refurbished house, single room available

Hi,

Looking to have a person officially move at the beginning of next year but will allow in person viewings from mid-November

The room has small double bed with mattress and there will only be room for a bedside cabinet and not a desk. it already has a brand new in built wardrobe and mirrored radiator. Day and night blinds also installed now so there will be privacy

In all this is a 3 bedroom house, with two bedrooms on the top floor so you'll be sharing bathroom facilities with another person.

The home is fully refurbished home from top to bottom. New bathroom, modern kitchen, as well as a new garden area and driveway.

The living room has been extended and new photos will be taken once I have new furniture (sofas, small tables and extendable dining table seating 6) and fibre broadband is available.


The house is literally 2 minutes from California County Park so it's a great location.
