Newly refurbished house, single room available

Hi,

The room should be available around early summer depending on my personal circumstances. June will be the earliest date but this may be pushed back to July.

This is a fully refurbished house with a brand new garden, kitchen, living room, bathroom...the whole lot! The renovation is expected to finish by the end of this month

.I already have one lodger and considering taking on another.

The room will have a small double bed and it already has a brand new in built wardrobe and mirrored radiator.

The bathroom is new as well. and you'll share with the other lodger as Ill have my own bathroom downstairs.

There will be a new driveway soon so parking will be available as well

The house is literally 2 minutes from California County Park so it's a great location.
