Small double bed in single bedroom

Old video attached taken by an existing long-term lodger, but I'll update the video and photos in February.

Looking at a move date at the start of the tax year in April - makes life easier for me!

The room has a small double bed with mattress and will have a mounted beside table and it has a built in wardrobe and mirrored radiator. Day and night blinds also installed for privacy.

The small double bed removes any possibility of a floating corner desk, so a floating foldable desk will be mounted in the kitchen.

In all this is a 3 bedroom house, with two bedrooms on the top floor, where one lodger already lives who has been there for 3 years.

The home is fully refurbished home from top to bottom. New bathroom, modern kitchen, as well as a new garden area and driveway.

The living room has been extended with a sofa, side tables and dining table seating for 6-8, and high speed fibre broadband.

The house is in the doorstep of California County Park so it's a great location for walks and nature and the bestest bus stop is around 5 minutes by foot.
