The space available is a bright and clean double bedroom in a lovely semi-detached house. The room features plenty of power sockets and a built-in wardrobe which saves plenty of floor space.
It is an alternative to a hotel for a professional contractor or commuter.
The house is a short walk to Furze Platt station connecting straight to the Maidenhead main line for fast access to London and Reading. It includes your own dedicated driveway parking space.
You will have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen and the main bathroom. I am a very laid back and clean person who likes to keep the house quiet. This is a non smoking house with a no overnight guests policy.
Rent is paid per calendar month and includes utilities and internet. A security deposit and standard notice period apply.
