Double room Mon to Fri

The space available is a bright and clean double bedroom in a lovely semi-detached house. The room features plenty of power sockets and a built-in wardrobe which saves plenty of floor space.
This is a strict Monday to Friday let available Sunday evening through to Friday morning. It is an alternative to a hotel for a professional contractor or commuter.
You are welcome to arrive on Sunday evenings and head out for the weekend on Friday mornings. The room is kept solely for you so you are welcome to leave your personal belongings here over weekends.
The house is a short walk to Furze Platt station connecting straight to the Maidenhead main line for fast access to London and Reading. It includes your own dedicated driveway parking space.
You will have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen and the main bathroom. I am a very laid back and clean person who likes to keep the house quiet during the working week. This is a non smoking house with a no overnight guests policy.
Rent is paid per calendar month and includes utilities and internet. A security deposit and standard notice period apply.
