This would suit a student/professional as we are close to reading and the M4 /A4 motorway and right on the Elizabeth lineand equal distance from Twyford station and Wokingham.
We have off road parking. A car is a necessity that said if you are runner, lots of interestingcurcuts in the area and country parks your room looks over 17 acres of countryside

There may be some slight flexibility on the rent for the right person.
