Hey I have a room to rent in my lovely home in Kintbury. Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen with table and chairs and patio doors which open out onto the decking with a view of the millstream. There is also a good sized living room with a connecting dining room. Both with a view and access to the decking/garden. There is a downstairs toilet and then a newly fitted bathroom upstairs with a shower. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a shared study/dressing room, and a single spare bedroom.

The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, and there will be space in the study for other belongings. There is also storage space in the attic.

The rest of the house is furnished.

Couples are welcome instead of two singles.

There is space for two cars on the driveway. The train station is a 5 minute walk away, this is on the London Paddington line. There are two local pubs, a village shop and post office. There are many beautiful walks from the house.
