Beautiful shared house in Langley

Currently, I have one room available in a quiet location in Langley. The one you can see in the photo is available for 700 bills and tax included, including a month of deposit required, and the minimum term is 10 months, but this can be modified.

There are a lot of parking spaces in front of the house. The garden is lovely, and I usually take care of that, and it is beautiful to stay in in the summer.
The house has all the comfort a person can look for.

I am a quiet person who, during the weekdays will work as a research assistant and as a pizza chef, during the weekends in a hotel as a chef, so I will rarely be in the house. I will be in the house more this month as I injured my wrist so I cannot work in the pizzeria at the moment .I like reading, watching cult films, cooking, and exercising in my free time.

The person who will rent the room must be clean and quiet like me, I am a friendly person, but I do not have much time to hang out or socialise for a reason described above, so probably when I am home most of the time I will be rest or exercising. Also, no couples with girlfriends/boyfriends consistently in the house but of course, people can be invited.

The room is available from 7 of November so please let me know ASAP if you are interested.

I am trying to select the right person so that I will ask you a few questions. I would prefer a female due to past bad experience with male housemates but if a guy is reliable and clean that also could work
