Also there is a small fridge in the room and a large fridge freezer in the kitchen. Large very clean bathroom upstairs sharing with only 2 very clean and tidy house mates.
THE RENT IS: £700 per calendar month with a deposit of £500.


ROOM 2 AVAILABLE 7th OF DECEMBER:
Large double bedroom with king size bed, a good size 3 doors wardrobe and a desk with a chair. The room is linked to a private large conservatory (separated by sliding door) which is used as a private sitting room or a study/office.
Own shower room in the front of the room containing a toilet, handbasin and a shower for own personal use.
The room has a full size fridge freezer for own personal use.
THE RENT IS: £900 per calendar month with a deposit of £600.
