This town house is set over three floor in the popular area of Boulters Lock. It’s within 400 metres from the River Thames and is within walking distance to Maidenhead town centre and railway station.

The room available is a double room with private bathroom (not shared). The room includes built in wardrobe, additional wardrobe space aswell as a desk and chair. Your bedroom and bathroom will be on the top floor.

The living area and kitchen is situated on the middle floor. The house also has a large back garden which you are very welcome to use. You will also have access to one off street car parking space.

Bills are all included in the rent - council tax band E, electricity, gas, water and wifi.

The live in landlord will be primarily based on the ground floor. This will allow you and the lodger from the other bedroom to share the first floor living room and kitchen (this room is due to become available soon and I will make sure you are a suitable match with the prospective lodger).
