The house is about 5 minutes walk from Maidenhead train station, and 8 minutes walk to the town centre with all the shops and restaurants. If you walk 5mins the other way you have running track, new sports centre and 7 padel courts.

The house also has a very large garden with a rear patio. Private parking and a gym the house mates put in.
It has a bathroom that one other room shares.
It has a very large living room with patio doors. Very large kitchen with dining table for 6.

The train journey into London takes 25 minutes, and it is 5 minutes drive away from the M4. It is also 2 minutes walk from the local rugby club and running track. There is a garage for bikes and plenty of storage.

The sitting room has enough seating for 9 people and leads directly out to the garden. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with a range cooker, 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer.

There is also a table in the kitchen that seats 6 people.
