Description

We have one double room upstairs available for 1 person only (no couples). Earliest move in 15th January 2024. Landlord reference and employment reference is required.

Who we're looking for:
Professionals male or female between 23 - 38 who will keep communal clean and tidy after him/herself, friendly and respectful.

The existing housemates are all professionals 23-40, they are tidy, quiet and respectful.

The house is located just 0.9 miles from Maidenhead train station and town centre. There is also easy access to A404(M) and M4 motorway as well as bus no. 7 every 15 mins to town centre. There is a Chinese takeaway, local shops and pharmacy shop just 5 mins walk.

1 mins walk to bus stop no. 7 to Coxgreen
2 mins walk to GSK and other pharmaceutical companies
10 mins walk to Vanwall business park
15-20mins walk to Trains station and Town center

The house has gas central heating and double glazing, combi-boiler provides limitless hot water on demand. Large garden with a patio to the rear. At the front there is off road parking for two cars (first come first serve), and street parking. The street is quiet, so there is no issue finding a place to park. All bills, including high speed Wi-fi, are included in the price, along with a cleaner (bi-weekly).

The shared areas include a good sized kitchen, and a separate lounge/diner and a utility room. There are 2 bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs and bike shed.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a washing machine, 2 x large fridge/freezers. The kitchen is also equipped with utensils, pans and crockery.

1 month's rent payable in advance + deposit one month.
