I am renting an en-suite double bedroom fully furnished and recently redecorated. The flat is a ground floor in a nice and quiet area. The kitchen and living room area are to be shared with me. Kitchen is fully equipped. The flat is situated 5 to 10 min walk from Sainsbury's, Tesco or Victoria park. There is parking available. Bills for Water, internet, cleaning of the common areas will be included, electricity is to be shared half and half.
