A clean, modern, and bright double room will be available in our quiet , calm ,spacious family home in the safe Cranbrook Estate, Pinkneys Green. We are a friendly couple with a daughter looking for the right female working professional to join our household.
Access to a modern, open-plan kitchen and a beautiful garden. Living with a Family, as this is a family home, this setup is ideally suited for a Monday-to-Friday lodger, though we will consider full-time occupancy for the right person. You will be sharing the bathroom only with our 12-year-old daughter. Because this is a family environment, we have a strict no overnight guests or visitors policy to keep the household routine running smoothly. Available Date flexible / To be agreed. The room will be fully prepared and ready for move-in once the right lodger is found. Location & Commuting great location with fast links to the M4 and M40.
