The house is home to a small group of friendly young professionals - Sarah, Adam, Toby and currently Paddy who is moving shortly. They have been at the house for between 2 and 3.5 years and enjoy a good balance between having their own space and spending time together.

• Movie nights
• Meals out
• The occasional drink after work

There's never any pressure to socialise, but equally you'll never feel like you're living with strangers.
