ROOM 4: Your large ground floor double room is available from 20th July 2026 for £800pcm including ALL bills. This room is fully furnished with a double ottoman bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe & desk. It shares a bathroom with only one other and is cleaned weekly by our cleaning team.

Your SNUG home is only 30 minutes walk to Reading train station and Reading town centre which offers all major names in retail with two major shopping centres 🛍 You can dine around the world with plenty of fine dining on offer and cafe/bars and enjoy the vibrant nightlife with bars, real ale pubs and clubs 🍺🍷🍴

Your new home is only 5 minutes from local shops and amenities 🛒 a short walk from the bus stop 🚏 and 10 minutes from the local gym. Your new home is only 30 minutes walk to Reading Town Centre & RBH and only 10 minutes drive to Green Park.
