ROOM 1: Your large first floor ensuite double room is available from 5th September 2026 for £925pcm including ALL bills. This room is fully furnished with a double ottoman bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe & desk. It also has its own ensuite bathroom.

Your SNUG home is only 30 minutes walk to Reading train station and Reading town centre which offers all major names in retail with two major shopping centres 🛍 You can dine around the world with plenty of fine dining on offer and cafe/bars and enjoy the vibrant nightlife with bars, real ale pubs and clubs 🍺🍷🍴

Your new home is only 5 minutes from local shops and amenities 🛒 a short walk from the bus stop 🚏 and 10 minutes from the local gym. Your new home is only 30 minutes walk to Reading Town Centre & RBH and only 10 minutes drive to Green Park.

Eligible applicants can use Reposit instead of a traditional deposit. You pay a non-refundable fee of one week's rent (minimum £150) before move-in. If your tenancy continues beyond 12 months, a £30 annual renewal fee applies. Reposit is FCA-regulated. You remain fully liable for any valid end-of-tenancy charges, including unpaid rent and property damage.
