The spacious en-suite rooms available on upper floors are single occupancy with a 4ft bed and a private shower en-suite. You'll have access to a large shared kitchen with allocated cupboards and a living room with a TV.

Prices are per room and includes all bills. (Student proof is required). Additional end of tenancy clean is £45.
Deposit payable is £150 which is deducted from the rent.
Laundry facilities on site (pay per wash).

Secure digital key access for residents. Management staff on site 9-5 pm Monday-Friday and 24 hour call out security (charges apply).
