Loddon House Student Accommodation offers full time students a modern, safe and comfortable place to stay.

Only a short stroll from Reading University, we have single en-suite rooms throughout 5 floors as well as one large double en-suite room for two full time students on our ground floor.

Prices are per room and includes all bills. (Student proof is required). Additional end of tenancy clean is £40.
Deposit payable is £150

Available NOW until 2 August 2025. Extension is available in the Summer Term.

The rooms are spacious and include 4ft bed and a private shower en-suite. You'll have access to a large kitchen / living room with a TV which is shared with other students. Laundry room is pay per wash.
Secure digital key access for residents. Management on site 9-5 pm Monday-Friday and 24 hour call out security (charges apply).
