This room is in Reading (Southcote/Coley/Reading West/Coley Park region) Very close to town. A few minutes walk to Prospect Park and a few other parks.
For drivers: we are in the Middle of Junction 10, 11 and 12 for the M4
Bus stop: Berkeley Avenue with Buses 26, 26A, 1, 1A, 2, 2A – 7 Minutes to Reading Station
For cyclist/ walkers 20 minutes max to everything
Train: 8 minute walk to Reading West Station
Close to nature spots for those interested in hiking and Prospect Park
Grass area outside
No noise from the road, it quite a nice area to be in, regardless of your personality.

The Accommodation has a separate toilet and bathroom, so can be used simultaneously.
The one toilet and one bathroom is shared between the 3 rooms.

House members contribute to household goods (bin bags, washing up liquid etc) and collectively keep the house clean. About £20 a month.

it is a non-smoking household, but you are welcome to do that outside in the designated areas.

We are situated close to amenities, churches, mosques, community centres; essentially anything you need is within reach.

Note: if you have a partner or close friend who will be staying over quite frequently that will be treated as a couple staying in the flat and will be reflected as such.
