Both rooms will be completely redecorated and are well equipped with a quality double bed, large fitted wardrobe, drawers, desk and office chair, and a TV aerial point.

All bills are included in the rent including the cost of cleaning of the communal areas every fortnight. We also have a gardener to keep the outside areas tidy.

Sharing with four 20-something non smoking graduate professionals, all friendly, easy-going, clean & tidy and considerate - would suit someone similar!
