A double bedroom is coming available from 1st December in a sociable, clean and tidy, non-smoking, professional 6 bed houseshare close to town and University. The 1st floor rear aspect room has been recently redecorated and its furniture refurbished. It overlooks the large garden so is really quiet. It is well equipped with a quality double bed, large wardrobe, drawers, desk and office chair, and a TV aerial point. It shares the newly fitted bathroom with one other (female).

All bills are included in the rent including the cost of cleaning of the communal areas every fortnight. We also have a gardener to keep the outside areas tidy.

Sharing with five 20-something non smoking graduate professionals, all friendly, easy-going, clean & tidy and considerate - would suit someone similar! Female strongly preferred to maintain the gender balance, which we find works really well.

Shared facilities in the house include all usual mod cons plus ultra fast 900Mb Wi-Fi, smart TV, dishwasher, tumble dryer, air fryer, off road parking for 2 cars (+ ample on road non permit), lovely sunny west-facing garden with BBQ and herb garden, secure bike shed and 2 bathrooms. The house has been recently redecorated including lovely new bathrooms and new carpets so it is finished to a high standard. Kitchen has also been redecorated and upgraded.

Great location 20 mins walk from town, 30 mins walk to main train station, 10 mins to Uni and hospital or 1 min to bus stop (No. 5) to town and station. Close to several supermarkets and gyms. Easy access by car out of Reading particularly to south, east and west.
