The property is situated in a quiet leafy area of Lower Earley, only a 10 minute walk from the university. Ideal for easy travel into Reading Town Center with local shops and the 2 bus stop with a 2 minute walk (3 and 21).
If you drive you can be on the M4 in 5 minutes and there is plenty parking.

I am a live in Landlord and an engineer that works from home.
I do have a cat - Leo, he loves attention. I occasionally travel for work where I need to stay overnight usually, this is no more than 1 or 2 days away and I may ask that you feed him on those occasions.
Who I am looking for
I am looking for a Mature student or Professional that will keep their areas clean and tidy and obviously likes cats.
I do have a written contract that I have used with previous tenants before and outline all the legal necessities and house rules. I also uses a deposit holding company.
One thing to note I have an intolerance to Fish, and can't allow the cooking or storage of this whilst I am in the house.
