Room4 - comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and table.

Room 8 - comes with a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and table and is available from the end of now.

Our rooms always rent quickly so please book in a virtual or face to face viewing to avoid disappointment.

The rest of the property has a large kitchen (newly refurbished), Conservatory, parking and communal garden space.

Our HMOs are homes away from home.

Easy 5-minute access to M4 and the surrounding areas including Newbury, Maidenhead, Heathrow, Henley, Bracknell, Windsor and Slough. Reading to London in 35 minutes via train.

We are very hands-on, friendly landlords who are quick to resolve any maintenance issues (usually within 24hrs) and live nearby (1 mile away)
