This house is one of a kind and has been completely refurbished. You will be the first tenants to live in the property.

The driveway has space for 3 cars, and this is offered to the 6 tenants of the house on a first come first serve basis. However, the road itself has no parking restrictions. So parking is always guaranteed.

WORKSTATION AREA:
There is an industrial style desk located in the bay window. The desk is a great size and comes with a wooden comfortable chair. The 32” TV is positioned built into the kitchen at the back of the room, with the ethernet point directly behind it, perfect if needed to connect via cable to your laptop.

EN-SUITE: WOW, the en-suite must be the best part. This floor to ceiling marble tiled bathroom is one of a kind. There is a built-in mirror with glass grey vanity unit, perfect for storage. The shower has sliding doors with great pressure rainfall shower head and detachable hose.

STORAGE:
This room offers a huge amount of storage with a bespoke built in wardrobe. The wardrobe has 2 large mirror sliding door which open to one side of bespoke compartments perfect for folded clothes. The other side offers two rails and floor space for shoes. There is also a large amount of space perfect for suitcases at the top of the wardrobe. The room also benefits from an additional chest of drawers which sit nicely in the bay window and perfectly match the room interior.

Personal Kitchen:
The kitchen is a gorgeous soft grey colour with silver hardware. The kitchen compromises a mini fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, integrated microwave, sink, cupboard & Storage. There is no washer/dryer or oven/hob. Every other room in the house has its own oven & hob. Rooms 1 & 5 are the only rooms without their own washer/dryers. Not to worry there is 2 washing machines and 2 dryers provided in the communal area.

The Property:
The house has a boho chic Luxury feel to it with stunning finishes throughout.

Communal Areas:
The house has amazing, shared facilities, The communal area has a bespoke upholstered seating bench in a stunning midnight navy. There is then a cut to size dining table in industrial wood. This area is perfect for eating meals and unwinding or can be used for work. There is a 32" Smart Tv also.

The communal; area has a back door leading out to the paved path and then into the garden. The garden is Huge with seating and secure bike storage.

The communal and kitchen are both finished with white marble flooring, making it not only look sleek but easy to keep clean.

There is a large utility cupboard built in the back wall of the communal which has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. These are primarily for rooms 1 & 5, however all rooms have access despite having their own washer/dryers.

The communal then links onto the shared kitchen. This has HUUUGE amounts of storage. There is a lush teal wrap around kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would need. We have 2 Ovens, 2 Hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster x2, sink. The kitchen has tall larder units where we have one side full height fridge, one side full height freezer. There is so much space. Especially as every room has its own kitchen.

We have provided some crockery, plates, bowls, cups to begin with but we always recommend getting your own.
